自家製パンで作るサンドイッチと手作りスープ
Homemade sandwiches made with our own bread and seasonal vegetable soup.

食パンは強力粉にフランスパン用準強力粉を加え口溶けがよく、適度なもちもち感のある生地で、サンドイッチの具材を引き立てるシンプルな食パンを焼いています。
また、月2回のバーガーデーにはゴマをたっぷり塗し風味豊かなバンズで、食べ応えのある手ごねハンバーグを挟みます。
サンドイッチと相性の良い手作りスープも当店の自慢です。オープン当初から人気の”小エビのビスク”と旬の三次産野菜で作るスープの2種類から選べます。夏には冷製スープも登場します。

We use a simple bread made with strong flour and semi-strong flour, which has a good texture and chewiness to enhance the ingredients of the sandwich.

For our bi-monthly burger day, we also make buns, with plenty of sesame seeds, which sandwich a hearty, handmade patty.

Our homemade soups, which pair well with our sandwiches, are also a popular feature of our shop. You can choose from two types: “small shrimp bisque”, which has been popular since our opening, and a soup made with seasonal vegetables from the Miyoshi area. 

We also have cold soups available during the summer months.

These pickles and jams are mainly made with vegetables and fruits picked at home.

Dessert pickles, which are fruit dipped in a pickling liquid using apple cider vinegar and honey, are also popular.

Yuzu Marmalade from Neko no Ashioto won the Gold Award at the Dalemain World Marmalade Awards 2022 Citrus Category Pro Division!

This is a marmalade with a strong yuzu flavor that is carefully balanced between sourness and sweetness.

小麦粉、バター、卵やお砂糖といったお菓子作りの

基本的な材料で、飽きない素朴な美味しさを心がけています。


当店一番人気のメロンパンラスクはメロンパンから焼き上げ、スライスしたものを再びじっくり乾燥焼きします。


香ばしさとバターが香るおすすめ商品です。

We use basic ingredients for making sweets, such as flour, butter, eggs, and sugar to try and create a simple yet delicious taste that you will not tire of.

Our store's most popular bread rusk is baked from melon-pan, then sliced, slowly dried and baked again.
It’s a recommended product with fragrant smell of butter.
